You should chew a mastic gum as it is considered as the best gum for reducing unwanted fat from your face. When you chew the gum, your mouth is in constant motion. This tightens the jaw and shapes your chin.

Pout with some silent singing

Silent scream? You must be wondering how one can scream silently. But it works. In this exercise, you have to make sounds of OO-EEE with your mouth fully stretched. You don’t have to wait for a perfect time to do this exercise. You can do it while doing your household chores.

Chin-focused workout

This workout is entirely for your chin. Keep your head straight, move your chin forward by stretching it and take it as far as you can. Now come back to the starting position. Do this exercise at least 8-10 times daily to get the desired results.
